2. Hosting and server logs
This site is served through Cloudflare. Technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system may be processed in server logs to provide a secure and reliable website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies. No audience measurement or cross-device tracking is used.
4. Contact form
Information submitted through the contact form is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or consent where requested. Resend may be used as an email-processing provider. Information is deleted when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention obligations.
5. External links
Links to LinkedIn, Xing, X, WhatsApp and external press sites are ordinary links. A connection to each provider is only made once you choose to open that link. No social-media plugins are loaded on this site.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect and may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
